Everything you need to open your NextGen College Investing Plan Account and receive your $500 Alfond Grant is found on this page.  In order to receive the $500 Harold Alfond College Challenge Grant you need to open a NextGen Account before your baby’s first birthday so the Alfond Grant can be awarded to the account.  We have several resources for you to turn to help make the enrollment process easier for you, and to answer any questions you may have.

Print the Application and Addendum. These documents can be found on pages 2-8 of the pdf, and you only need to print and mail these pages. The pdf also includes the Program Description, which you should read carefully before investing as it includes important information about the NextGen Plan.

Be sure to complete all necessary fields and sign both the Application and Addendum.

Mail the Application and Addendum to FAME before the baby's first birthday:

Remember to enroll before the baby's first birthday. You do not need to add any of your own money to open the NextGen account to receive the $500 Alfond Grant, so you may disregard section 8 of the NextGen application if you decide not to make a contribution at this time.
