E-mail Senders

 

E-mail messages sent to e-mail addresses provided on this Site will be treated the same as any other written communication to the Finance Authority of Maine.  They may be subject to public inspection and legal disclosure and may be saved for a period of time before they are destroyed.  The e-mail will be used to respond appropriately.  The e-mail message and address may be forwarded to any other entity which provides services for appropriate action. E-mail is not necessarily a secure form of communication, as it may be intercepted or misdirected. We do not recommend sending sensitive information through e-mail.

 

 

 

Electronic Form Filers

Any other information provided by you through this Site such as the completion and electronic filing of a form will be considered to be voluntarily provided and will be treated in the same manner as information provided in written form or in person to the Finance Authority of Maine.  Information provided may be subject to public inspection and legal disclosure and may be saved for a period of time before it is destroyed.  The information will be used to respond appropriately, and may include an initial response and subsequent contacts, by mail, telephone, or e-mail.  No personally identifiable information provided through the completion and electronic filing of a form will be shared, except that we may use an e-mail service provider to send subsequent e-mails to you, with whom we will share your e-mail address for this purpose. If at any time you wish to have the information you have provided removed from our database, you may do so by contacting us at info@500forbaby.org.
